Verify a CHS Credential

CHS credentials issued through XactLMS include a secure digital verification method. Credential holders can add their credential to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and present the credential's QR code when verification is required.

For Credential Holders

Your CHS credential can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for convenient access and verification.

Add your issued CHS credential to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Open the credential when verification is required.
Present the QR code to the person or organization requesting verification.

For Employers & Verifiers

CHS credentials can be verified directly from the digital credential presented by the credential holder.

Ask the credential holder to present their digital CHS credential.
Scan the QR code using your mobile device.
Review the verification information to confirm the credential details and status.

Look for the QR Code

The QR code contained in the credential holder's digital credential provides access to the credential verification information. Always use the QR code presented through the issued credential when confirming its validity.

Privacy & Credential Information

To protect participant privacy, CHS does not provide an open public search of credential holders by name. Credential verification is initiated by the credential holder through their issued digital credential.
